Hourly pricing to rent individual buildings/spaces on the site is as follows:

Produce House

Monday-Thursday $250 (includes 5 hours time) --  $50/hour for each additional hour

Friday-Sunday $375 (includes 5 hours time) --  $75/hour for each additional hour

 

 

Corn Crib, Covered Pavilion, and Open Patio

Monday-Thursday $500 (includes 5 hours time) -- $100/hour for each additional hour

Friday-Sunday $750 (includes 5 hours time) -- $150/hour for each additional hour

 

 

 

***RENTAL INCLUDES THE USE OF OUR TABLES AND CHAIRS***

 

250 White Folding Chairs   10 – 6’ Round Tables (seat 8-10) 10 – 8’ Rectangle Tables (seat 8-10)

8 – 6’ Rectangle Tables (seat 6-8)      8 – 30” Round, 44” Tall Cocktail Tables

 

***TABLES/CHAIRS ARE KEPT IN A STORAGE AREA BEHIND THE CORN CRIB – THEY ARE       ARRANGED, PLACED, AND THEN RETURNED TO THE STORAGE AREA BY THE LESSEE***
