Hourly pricing to rent individual buildings/spaces on the site is as follows:

Produce House

Monday-Thursday $50/hour
(Two hour minimum, includes set-up & take down)

 

Corn Crib, Covered Pavilion, and Open Patio

Monday-Thursday $100/hour
(Two hour minimum, includes set-up & take down)

 

Hourly pricing to rent the whole complex is as follows:

Monday-Thursday $150/hour

(Two hour minimum, includes set-up & take down)

***TABLES/CHAIRS ARE KEPT IN A STORAGE AREA BEHIND THE CORN CRIB – THEY ARE ARRANGED, PLACED, AND THEN RETURNED TO THE STORAGE AREA BY THE LESSEE***
